Hello everyone, I am Coach Tyler here at Quattrini Football Academy. I played running back for two years at Franklin Pierce University and running back and defensive back at North Kingstown High School. Having graduated from Franklin Pierce University with a Bachelor's of Science in Sports and Recreation Management and a Minor in Marketing and holding various coaching positions, including coaching the 2022 North Kingstown High School Freshman Football Championship team, I felt there was a better way to apply my education and knowledge to help football players in the Southern New England area and around the country. As someone who started playing football in an organized way beginning in my junior year of high school, I was very undersized and lacking the necessary knowledge of the game and training that my teammates had gained throughout their years prior. In the fall of 2022 while coaching the North Kingstown Freshman team, I realized there were football players where I was in my junior year, in their freshman year. This meant there are football players beginning to play at all different ages being thrown in with teammates who have the advantage of additional experience over them. That is when I decided to pursue building Quattrini Football Academy, to help experienced, less-experienced, and inexperienced football players all reach their potential.

I began Quattrini Football Academy to improve the athletic, scholastic, and life skills of those we work with and influence. Our values of Respect, Commitment, Discipline, and Sportsmanship set the model for our mission: "To lead athletes towards success in their sport by further developing their skills and in life by instilling good moral character and providing the tools they need to navigate their future with confidence". Whether their future is in football or not, we want them to be prepared for what lies ahead and the practice of these values will help do just that.

Our ultimate goal is summed up in our vision statement, which is: "To inspire all athletes to embrace the constant pursuit of perfection". As a Catholic Christian, my faith is paramount to my life. The pursuit of perfection in the context of sport is very much aligned with the basis of Christianity. The Christian faith is predicated on the redemption Christ purchased for us for when we fall short of His glory and seek forgiveness in Him who's grace enables our growth in holiness. Likewise, in our pursuit of perfection in sport and training we must keep in mind it is not attainable, but it is only through the constant pursuit of it that we will be able to improve. Falling short of a goal in sport and training is only the end if an athlete gives up on it, there is always the opportunity to get back up and keep going. We want all the athletes we train and influence to be inspired to always keep going.
